Data Privacy

TCGFlea is the personal information controller for the data described in our Privacy Policy. Sellers and event organizers are responsible for the buyer and entrant details they receive through TCGFlea, and must use them only to fulfill that order or event.

• Contract: to run your account and the orders, trades, offers and events you take part in.
• Legal obligation: for example tax records, and verifying sellers.
• Legitimate interest: keeping the marketplace safe, preventing fraud and resolving disputes.
• Consent: for optional things such as notification e-mails, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings.

As a data subject you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your data is processed.
• Access your personal data and get a copy.
• Object to processing, including for direct marketing.
• Erasure or blocking of data that is no longer needed or was unlawfully processed.
• Rectification of inaccurate data.
• Data portability: a copy in a common electronic format (your collection can already be exported as CSV).
• Damages, if you are harmed by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorized use of your data.
• File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

Send a request through Contact Us with the topic “Data privacy”, from the e-mail on your account if you have one. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on it. Some data, such as order and tax records, has to be kept for a period the law sets even if you ask us to delete it; we'll tell you when that applies.

If a personal data breach puts your rights at risk, we will notify the National Privacy Commission and the people affected as the NPC's rules require, and explain what happened and what we're doing about it.

You must be 18 or older to sell on TCGFlea. Collectors under 18 should use TCGFlea with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision.
