Terms of Service

TCGFlea is a marketplace, gallery and collection tracker for trading card singles in the Philippines. Sellers list their own cards and are responsible for them; TCGFlea is not the seller. With Secured Checkout, TCGFlea collects the buyer's payment and holds it until the order is completed or a dispute is decided.

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person or business per account. You must be 18 or older to sell; collectors under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, are used for fraud, or put other users at risk.

• Sellers must pass verification (a valid ID for individuals; BIR COR and business permit for stores) before listing.
• List only genuine cards you have and can ship. No counterfeits, proxies or altered cards sold as genuine.
• Describe the condition, finish and language accurately. Your own photos must show the actual copy.
• Ship Secured Checkout orders only after TCGFlea shows them as paid, protect the cards, and add tracking when you ship.
• Keep your stock and prices up to date. Cancelling paid orders repeatedly can lead to suspension.

Buyers pay a Secured Checkout platform fee of 4% + ₱10 per checkout (4% of the cards, worked out per seller, plus a flat ₱10). Card payments through Maya add 3.5% of the cards; QR Ph adds nothing. Shipping is set by each seller per region and goes to the seller.

Sellers receive their price plus their shipping fee. A seller's payout for an order is released when the buyer confirms delivery with no open dispute, or when TCGFlea decides a dispute in the seller's favour. Listing, galleries, the collection tracker and direct trades are free. We'll announce fee changes before they apply; orders already placed keep their fees.

Check your cards before confirming delivery: confirming releases the seller's payment and ends the protection for that part of the order. If cards are missing, wrong, in a worse condition than listed, counterfeit or never arrive, raise a dispute on the order page before confirming. TCGFlea reviews the evidence from both sides and decides a partial refund, a full refund after all cards are returned and checked, or a release to the seller. See Returns.

Direct trades, meetups and card-for-card trades are agreements between users, arranged in TCGFlea messages. They have no platform fee and no TCGFlea protection, and TCGFlea isn't a party to them. Accepted offers paid through Secured Checkout are protected like any other order.

• Take a Secured Checkout sale off TCGFlea to avoid the fee after meeting through it.
• Harass, threaten or scam other users, or post hateful or illegal content.
• Post fake reviews, or manipulate prices, ratings or the marketplace order.
• Scrape the site, overload it, or try to get around its security.

Verified stores run their own events and are responsible for them, including entry fees, prizes, refunds and the venue. TCGFlea shows the event and collects sign-ups for the store.

You keep the rights to photos and text you post, and allow TCGFlea to show them on the site and in your Advertise images. Card names and images belong to their publishers; TCGFlea isn't affiliated with Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company or Riot Games. Reference prices are estimates from market feeds, not offers or valuations.

TCGFlea is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, TCGFlea isn't liable for indirect losses, and our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid through Secured Checkout for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
