Returns & refunds
Secured Checkout holds your payment until you confirm your cards arrived as described. If they didn't, raise a dispute before confirming, and TCGFlea decides a partial or full refund.

What's covered
- Cards that never arrived, or a lost parcel
- Missing cards, or the wrong card, set, language or finish
- Cards in a worse condition than listed (e.g. listed NM, arrived HP)
- Counterfeit or altered cards
What isn't covered
- Changing your mind, or finding a cheaper copy after buying
- Damage that happened after you received the cards
- Direct trades and meetups, which are arranged outside Secured Checkout
- Orders you already confirmed as received (the seller has been paid)
How to raise a dispute
On your order page, press Report a problem under that seller's cards and describe what's wrong. Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the cards (front and back) and the parcel; TCGFlea support will ask for them.
The seller's payment is frozen as soon as you report it, and stays frozen until the dispute is resolved. Raise it before you press “I received these cards”.
Possible outcomes
Partial refund. Part of what you paid comes back to you and you keep the cards. Usual for a small problem, like one card in a slightly worse condition than listed.
Full refund. You return all the cards from that seller, and TCGFlea refunds what you paid for them. Before refunding, we check that the returned cards are the same ones the seller sent and that they have no added damage. Returned cards that don't match, or that came back damaged, can mean a smaller refund or none.
No refund. When the cards match the listing, the payment is released to the seller.
Sending cards back
If a return is approved, TCGFlea tells you where to send the cards and who covers the return shipping. Pack them as carefully as they came, and send us the tracking number.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the method you paid with where Maya allows it (card or QR Ph wallet), or to a bank or e-wallet account you give us. The platform fee is refunded with a full refund. Card refunds can take several days to show on your statement after we send them.
