Frequently asked questions

Fees, payment, shipping, refunds and how each part of TCGFlea works. Can't find your answer? Contact us.

Fees

Secured Checkout fee: 4% of the cards + a flat ₱10 per checkout, paid by the buyer. The 4% is worked out on each seller's cards; the ₱10 is charged once, however many sellers are in your checkout.

Payment method: QR Ph adds nothing. A credit or debit card through Maya adds 3.5% of the cards.

Shipping: set by each seller for NCR, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao (some ship free over an amount). It goes to the seller and isn't part of the fee.

Sellers pay nothing on Secured Checkout sales: they receive their full price plus their shipping fee. Listing, galleries and the collection tracker are free, and direct trades have no fee.

Buying

Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest with your name, mobile number, e-mail and address; your order link is e-mailed to you. An account lets you see all your orders in one place, keep a collection and wishlist, make trade proposals and message sellers.
How do I know a seller is legit?
Every seller is verified before they can sell: individuals with a valid ID and address, stores with their BIR Certificate of Registration and business permit. Stores show a “Verified Store” badge. Check the seller's rating and reviews on their profile, and use Secured Checkout so your money is held until your cards arrive.
Are the prices fixed?
Sellers set their own prices. Many follow the daily reference price (from TCG market price feeds, converted to pesos), so a price can move a little day to day. The price is checked again when you place your order; if it changed, you'll be asked to review your cart.
Can I buy from several sellers at once?
Yes. One checkout covers every seller in your cart. Each seller ships their own parcel and is paid separately, and the ₱10 part of the fee is charged once.
How long are cards held for me?
Once you place an order the cards are reserved for 60 minutes while you pay. If you don't pay in time, the order expires and the cards go back on sale.

Payment

How can I pay?
With QR Ph (scan with GCash, Maya or your bank's app, no extra charge) or a credit or debit card through Maya (+3.5% of the cards). You pay on Maya's secure page and come back to your order.
Who holds my money?
TCGFlea does. Sellers are told to ship once your payment arrives, and they're paid only after you confirm your cards arrived, with no dispute.
Can I switch from QR Ph to card (or back)?
Yes, on your order page before you pay. The total updates to match.
I paid but my order still says waiting for payment.
Maya can take a minute to confirm. Refresh the order page; it checks with Maya each time it opens. If it still hasn't updated after 15 minutes, contact us with your order code.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
Each seller sets a fee for NCR, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, and some offer free shipping over an amount. Your exact shipping shows at checkout once you pick your province. See Shipping & Pickup.
Can I pick up my cards?
Secured Checkout orders are shipped. For a pickup or meetup, send a direct-trade request to a seller who allows it, and agree on the details in TCGFlea messages (no fee, no protection).
How do I track my order?
When the seller ships, they add the courier and tracking number; you get an e-mail and see it on your order page.

Problems, returns & refunds

What if my cards are wrong, damaged or never arrive?
Don't confirm delivery. Press Report a problem on your order page; the seller's payment is frozen while TCGFlea reviews it. See Returns.
What refunds are possible?
A partial refund (you keep the cards) or a full refund after you return all the cards. TCGFlea checks returned cards are the ones the seller sent, with no added damage, before refunding.
Can I return cards because I changed my mind?
No. Returns are for cards that don't match the listing, didn't arrive, or aren't genuine.
Is a direct trade protected?
No. Direct trades are arranged between you and the seller, outside Secured Checkout, so TCGFlea can't refund them.

Offers & trades

How do offers work?
Cards marked “open to offers” in a collector's gallery accept offers. The owner can accept, decline or counter. An accepted offer is paid through Secured Checkout (or as a direct trade if both of you agree).
How do card-for-card trades work?
Cards marked “open for trades” show a trade badge. Pick their cards and yours, add a note, and send the proposal; they accept or decline, and you arrange the swap in TCGFlea messages.
Where do I talk to the other person?
In TCGFlea messages, on the trade, offer or direct-trade request. Contact details aren't shared, so keep the conversation there.

Selling

How do I start selling?
Create an account, then apply from Become a seller. Individuals upload a valid ID and their address; stores upload their BIR COR and business permit. Once approved you can list cards.
What does it cost to sell?
Listing is free. On a Secured Checkout sale the buyer pays the 4% + ₱10 platform fee, so you receive your full price plus your shipping fee. Direct trades have no fee.
When do I get paid?
When the buyer confirms they received your cards (and there's no open dispute), the payout for that part of the order is released.
How do I list many cards at once?
Use Bulk Upload in your Seller Dashboard: download your inventory or the template, fill it in, upload it, check every row on the review page, then press Publish. New listings use each card's picture from the market feeds; you can add your own photo by editing a listing.
Can my prices follow the market?
Yes. Choose “Follow the market” with your own % adjustment, a minimum price and rounding, and the price updates daily from the reference price. Or set a fixed price.
How do I set my shipping fees?
In Settings → Shipping for protected orders: your mode of shipment, a fee for NCR, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, and an optional free-shipping amount.
Can I promote my listings?
Use Advertise in your account menu to make a square collage of your cards with prices and the TCGFlea mark, ready for Facebook or Instagram.

Collection & gallery

Is the collection tracker free?
Yes, for everyone. Add cards, sort them into albums (each looks like a binder), see their estimated value and your set progress, and import or export a CSV.
Who can see my albums?
You choose per album: only you, anyone with the link, or public (shown in the Gallery and on your profile). What you paid and private notes are never shown.
How do I change quantities quickly?
In the binder, click a card to add a copy and right-click to take one away; on a phone use the − and + buttons. Drag cards to put them in your own order.
What is the wishlist?
Tap the heart on any card to save it to your wishlist, then find them all under Wishlist in your account.

Events

Who can post events?
Verified stores can post tournaments and card shows on the Events page.
How do I join a tournament?
Open the event and sign up with your name, mobile number and (optionally) e-mail. If the store requires the entry fee in advance, pay as shown and upload your receipt with the form. No account needed.

Account & privacy

How do I sign in?
With your e-mail and a password, or a one-time sign-in link sent to your e-mail. New accounts confirm their e-mail first.
Which e-mails will I get?
Order, payment and shipping updates always. You can switch e-mails for new orders, offers, trade offers and event sign-ups on or off in Settings → Email notifications.
How is my data used?
Only to run TCGFlea: your orders, listings, messages and notifications. Sellers see your name and delivery address for orders they ship. See our Privacy Policy and Data Privacy notice.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us with the topic “My account” from your account's e-mail. We keep order records the law requires and delete the rest.
